Houses are where people live. Sometimes, however, old homes become much more than this. In the hands of creative individuals, abandoned houses can become spaces where culture, tradition and modern lifestyles converge. From inspiring art galleries to trendy bars and cafes, old houses are finding plenty of new uses, and in the process redefining what it means to be a house.
